Confused & hurt ... what does this mean??? Pls help!?

My partner & I of 9yrs split recently due to difficulties of long distance relationship past 8mths. Last we saw each other was December last year - when we got engaged. Months later he split from me whilst I was away finishing my postgraduate studies at university. He's been really difficult & giving me mixed messages - says its over then recently asking me when I will come back to his country. I said I dont know & he got mad & said its over between us anyway. I have finished studies 2mths ago but have remained here cos have a sister's wedding coming up & cos my man split with me when we had big row for few months. Its been hard apart. I still love him very much but am so confused cos yesterday he sent s**y picture of me to my phone & made some remark about how hot I am. I asked why the photo - he says he doesnt want me but is just deleting old files photos. I am not sure if this is the truth. How would you interpret a photo being sent like this? To me its saying he wants me ... the day before he kept asking when I will return. Its really doing my head in ... Please dont say to forget him & move on cos its not as simple as that. I dont intend on racing back while he plays these games. But I wonder what you make of this photo being sent to me??? I'd like to see him face to face after the wedding but am nervous cos of hurt I've been through & the games he has played.

Hone you almost haven't seen him in a year?!? We all have needs and it seems as though you were putting everyone and everything ahead of your relationship. What did you think would happen? He shouldn't have sent you those pictures but we all have done something that we shouldn't have when breaking up. You are thinking too much into that picture. If a man wants you back, he will tell you, "I want you back." You may not want to hear it but move on.

sounds like hes playing some kind of mind games on you.  why send you pictures of yourself and want you to comment on them?  I dont think hes right in the head if you kno what i mean.  let it go, let him go.

Okay, first this really depends on you. Take him out of the equation.

Do you want to get back together with him? If you do then it's worth meeting again- if not for getting back together, for closure so you can get on with your life and forget about him. If you don't want to get back together then just ignore wateva weird stuff he does- it won't mean anything to you.

hes manipulating you and its working he wants you confused if you want to see him go for it see how you feel and if you feel its him that you want back in your life then follow your heart
