Confused on how to wear rubber bands...

I'm supposed to be making a triangle on both sides of my braces, but there's three brackets on the bottom, and i'm not sure what two brackets your supposed to use, the first two or the last two? are you supposed to use all three? i've been using the last two for a week now but i want to make sure i'm doing it right

Well you should call the orthodontist and ask how the rubber bands need to be because if they are put in wrong your jaw will move incorrectly and you will need to maybe have your braces on longer until you jaw moves to the right spot.

my ortho bonded pieces of metal to my braces that act as hooks so they hold my rubberbands.

You'd be better off to call the office and ask them. The different hooks will pull in different directions/areas, so if its not on the right ones, you could be doing more damage.
