Confused over my freeview channels,can anyone help?

Ive just got a Duraband freeview box from Asda. I installed it yesterday and there isnt any itv progs on apart from itv3, channel4 and none of prog 5 on. Is this normal or have i installed it wrong? I would be very greatful for any help given to me.

u might have installed it properly and it could just be your signal. if u're still unsure from my usless sudge then try to get a m8 to go rownd n check it out 4 ya

I believe if you can get channel 5 you can get freeview if not you can't ( they transmit on ch 5 frequency)

Different areas: Some can get all, some get none and some just get a few. It's a pain but that's just the way it is.

Your Ariel may not be able to receive all the Freeview channels, you may need to upgrade this, it costs about £50
