Confused...?

ok im so confused! im in volleyball and we wear spandex on varsity, and one girl i talked to was saying she wears underwear under her spandex, but another girl says she doesnt!

so my question is: are you supposed to wear underwear under spandex??

It would be gross without underwear, right?

Just wear a thin one that won't show through too much.

I played volleyball myself... I would recommend wearing the undies... I had a girl on my team that actually didn't and (I'm not trying to get gross) she was sweating pretty bad and you could see in through the shorts... another time she fell the wrong way and her shorts kind of ripped off and she was bare from the waste down... It can lead to an embarrassing moment if you don't... also it's sort of like wearing stockings with out undies... I always wore them and I think you should too... also in case you get that lovely visit from our good friend (.) they'll give you a little more protection that just spandex

it depends on which spandex you get and how comforable you are in them some spandex come with built-in underwear and you dot have to wear it underneath, but most you need to wear underneath them

well i do i wear a thong so i won't have a panty line, but you dont have to wear underwear, it just feels more comfortable to have some thing seperating you from the spandex...

i would NEVER go commando when playing volleyball.  It's gross, and think of how nasty it would be if you had to wear the shorts again w/out washing them.  I wear the spandex boy shorts underwear under my spandex. it's like shorts under shorts, so you can't even tell your wearing anything, and it's way better than a thong.  thongs are not for volleyball :D

I dont know about what youare supposed to do buti personally do wear underwear under my spandex! I dont think it would be very comfortable not to but u can do what ever floats ur boat i guess it is sort of a preference thing! GOOD LUCK WITH VOLLEYBALL!

Well, i wear a thong. But its really up to whats comfy for you. Try using underwear and if you like that then thats fine. There is no real right and wrong way. whatever is comfy for you is the right way

do what makes u comfortable but yeah if they were them then it up to u so dont brake your head over it
