Confused to be a pilot?

I'm 19+ girl all set to take pilot training.I'm done with Class II medicals.But the problem is that my height is just 5 feet.Although DGCA doesnot bar students from taking training but I'm unsure as to whether I'll get recruited or simply be rejected by the airline companies.What are my job scopes after that?
