Confusion with k3 visa....?

my husband filed the petition in Aug 2007...and the processing of k3 visa started in Nov 2007. now my husband found out the all the papers that are filed after "JUNE 2007" will take "12 TO 16 MONTHS TO PROCESS"........were as before lodging this so called k3 visa we were told that it normally takes 7 months.......

WHATS HAPPENING AT THE AMERICAN EMBASSY????

can any one help me out of this mass....I'm just tired........

what's happening? lots of applications going on. they need to process each application thoroughly coz they don't want to admit just anyone in their country. it's part of life.... part of immigration.

i know the wait is long coz i've been through it myself... but if you can't wait, then just settle in another country with your husband. no one is saying you have to live in the US.

if you want to live here, you just have to bite the bullet and wait patiently. there's no way to expedite the case. you have to wait in line like everyone else.
