  1. There is a blood test called 'Cytotoxic Food Testing' where the food you eat actually attacks the blood cells and when the blood cell duplicates it's self in about every 90 days it duplicates a damaged cell, and so the the blood cells get progressively worse.

If you cannot find pathology laboratory to do this test try eliminating the food that is causing the problem yourself, you may find it hard to find a place, that will do this test because if you look up this test on the Internet the medical profession have carried out these test and have said that there is no validation in these test.which is a load bull.

Four members of my family have had this test done, and I for one had the same problem that you have I am allergic to bakers yeast and if I eat bread or any thing  such as biscuits, yogurt, or mushrooms, my knees seize up and I feel about 10 to 15 years older.

Some mental illnesses and M S can also be helped with this test which was produced by the University of Los A'ngeles

  2. I am no doctor, but i say dont take it! Maybe re visit the doctor and just clarify the matter with him. Its his job to make sure he has educated you about the medication you are taking anyway. He should have told you everything about it before hand. Try taking fish oil. Its a natural anti-inflammatory and will help your knee greatly! Or if you dont like fish try flaxseed oil or primrose oil capsule. I think its extremely shameful that your doctor did not even explain this medicine to you.

  3. Diclofenac is a non steroidal anti inflammatory, used to reduce inflammation and pain.  A common use is for arthritis, but it is also useful for other inflammations.   Your knee is likely inflammed which causes the stiffness etc, so this drug is a sensible solution.

  4. WOWW!!! I just Googled that stuff!! The side effects and other problems it can create are horrific!!  Check it out before you take them!!REALLY!!!!! And get yourself a new doctor!! This clown is prescribing stuff that he does not even fully research himself!!! he is probably listening to some drug company salesman!!!! If you go to Drugs.com , they will give you all the side effects!!!

  5. “What does it mean to pre-board? Do you get on before you get on?”

  6. so what kind of help did you want the doctor to give you?  You are in pain, he prescribed a pain medication that will heal the inflammation in your knee.  What else were you expecting?  I am not trying to be snotty but there is only so much anyone can do sometimes.  If you injured your knee, it will take time to heal and most people don't want to wait for that to happen so they see a doctor and then complain.  Arthritis is a inflammatory disease and any injury gets inflamed so the anti-inflammatory drugs work. When a diagnosis confuses you, call the doctor back and ask him or his nurse to explain.  another alternative is to ask the pharmacist about what you were given.  They know a lot more about drugs than the doctors do sometimes, since that is their specialty.
