i want to get from IG2 7DY in Ilford to University College London UCL. what is the shortest route by car that avoids congestion charge zone?

  1. The UCL. is inside the zone


  2. The route's no problem, and congestion charge only applies for the final 0.3 miles - the campus is within the charging zone, so just park a few hundred yards away!
