does any one know any links apart from transport for london that give a lot of information on the congestion charges. Preferably in other contries. Its for a school report :( . thanks !

  3. Well Manchester has just announced a congestion charge, and Cambridge is considering congestion charges

    Other countries eh? I wonder how many other countries actually HAVE congestion charges? The Americans tend to prefer having Car-pool lanes to get people to car share instead, but let's have a look.
