btw, if there is a comma, i need to redo the sign *pulls grumpy face*

  1. It does matter.  Say it with a comma (a pause=a comma) and it's not right.  No comma, no need for it.

    A comma would separate  the "Congratulations" from the names of the persons being congratulated. E.g:

    Congratulations Clucky!

    Congratulations, Clucky did it!

    So, no need to re-do, either. :)
