How do you say that in German? I want to congratulate Germany on beating Turkey. I'm routing for them.

Turkey had to throw it after Chancellor Angela Merkel said the bloodbath after a Turkish win would make the Holocaust look like a picnic.  She was right there in the stands in case Turkey didn't believe her.

God, what a game! And no picture or sound for at least 8 minutes, all in all! Thanks to Switzerland to let the Germans sneak into their system so we didn't miss out on this great game!

I feel like amity.

But the real heroes of the day are the Swiss: When a lightning struck a TV transponder in Vienna, Austria, the picture was gone, and many German fans were close to a heart attack. The Swiss saved the day by hooking us on their TV line real quick.
