Rangers were better all over the park yesterday and I have to admit I was impressed with their general play. Celtic will need to take a close look at some players and their desire to play in this fixture.

So again I say well done to those Rangers fans in here that I consider as friends and feck the rest. Hahahaha!!!!

yeah we did score 3 goals last year at the first old firm, but to put away an extra goal 1 yeah on AWAY from home is certainly a huge achievement considereing how many times we have won at  PARKHEAD

I totally agree!!  I thought our bhoys gave up to easy in the second half and at one point Aiden just stopped and threw his arms in the air... Grrr.  On the day the best team won, we got what we deserved.    However, it ain't how you start it's how you finish....  lol

Gordon, surely now sees that loyalty is all well and good but, the team is first ands foremost and some players need to be dropped.   I thought Robson should have played from the start.  I want to see commitment from my bhoys.  At least with Robson i know what i get.      Anyway, the bhoys will bounce back i have every faith in my manager and my team getting it right.

Been a while since I've been on here, so "hallo hallo". In answer to your question, yes we did. HOWEVER, whether or not Rangers or Celtic lift the title at the end of the season is irrelevant at this point, an old firm game has always been, and always will be, all about that day and that 90 minutes. And what a 90 minutes!! Great example of Scottish football. Even Broadfoot had a good game! So we will continue to celebrate and to rub Celtic fans noses in it at every opportunity until such times as the tide changes, which is unlikely given the substandard performance of the tic and their "holy one".

Rangers performance was sublime, an absolute masterpiece. Good luck keeping up, reckon you'll need plenty of it.

And a special thanks to Art the goalie, cheers for making a great game even better with your pi$$ poor performance and also your ever so original reaction to the Rangers support (what a guy!).

Yes Rangers won the first two at Ibrox.

Ok we're not in Europe, but Walter has dropped the "lone striker" formation which can only be a good thing for us.

The similarities with the 2005-06 season are quite uncanny you have to admit.

Not saying we'll go on to win the league and 3 in a row, history is nothing but old news, but it's still uncanny.

What can I say? we were well and truly pumped all over the park!!

Rangers were better all over (think we played well first 20 mins or so but apart from that we were second best). Its better to loose the first Glasgow derby than the last (not that its ever good to loose). I can take a beating as well as anyone,and I hold my hands up and say rangers were by far the better team, but its the manner of defeat which hurt the most, we didn't seem to want it, they showed more aggression and will to win.
