Congress should be held responsible for our present state?

Question

How is it hat the people that have made the laws are yet to claim responsibility?

Congress let us be dependent on foriegn oil.

They have the blame for our current situation.

They passed the laws alllowing the car manufacturers to produce the gas hogs.

They lined their pockets with the lobbiests money.

We need to VOTE THESE PEOPLE OUT.

Send them packing they have done nothing for the avg. American.

Yes. Democrat or Republican you can lay ALL the problems this country has at the feet of Congress. What is more amazing is probably 95% of those who run for re-election will be sent back to Washington DC instead of sent packing. Congress has a single digit approval rating. Why will we be sending these guys back?

The budget is 3 trillion dollars. That's approximatly $10K for every man, woman, and child, legal or illegal living in the USA. And ONE of the current candidates thinks we need to raise taxes. Do you think that is right?

With the spiralling cost of crude which was predicted by economic pundits and the threat posed by China at the borders, India should have gone ahead and by now would have solved part of its fuel requirements and Beijing will not make incursions into Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh.
