Senator Arlen Spector ( R, PA) wants to hold a congressional hearing  on horse racing,, to see if it's safe for the horses.

Therefore, if I were a horse, I;'d have to give Senator Spector a much higher rating than that!

Wish I could say something positive on behalf of the Republicans but they stuck it in us for eight years and left us to suffer the whims of Pelosi and Reid as they behave like children beset by the mood swings of a sugar crash

Let's see.  Congress is made up of 49% Republicans and have Presidential veto power.  You are right.  These Republicans stink since they continue to control policy.
