Coniental Airlines Offer CurbSide Check-In For First Class....?

Im going on Vacation This Weekend and in First Class. I'm flying Out of BWI (Baltimore) And I have a Lay-Over iN IAH (Houston). I already have boarding passes, but can we do Curbside check-in? How much is it if we can?

  1. The previous answers are mostly correct, but left out one potentially important detail.

    You can check your bags with a skycap regardless of class of service but only for domestic flights. You cannot check bags with a skycap on international flights. That is true of all airlines. If you're traveling to another country, you'll have to go inside and get in line.

    Some airlines have started charging a fee for curbside check-in, but I don't think that Continental does. However, as other have noted, it's customary to tip $1-$2 per bag.


  2. I think anybody can do curbside checkin, and it doesn't cost anything. Especially if you're first class. However, most of the time it's easier to go inside and do it, and I KNOW it's free there.

  3. Anyone can check in curbside, and there is no charge.

    Although, it is customary to tip 1-2$ per bag you are checking.  So in reality its not free, because you would not tip checking your bags inside.
