Conization and chances of getting pregnant after?

Has anyone had this procedure while ttc? I'm ttc for 2 years now, and am wondering if after this operation my chances of getting pregnant will increase. I'm hoping someone can share some info or a relative success story.

From what I have read, conization is a biopsy of the cervix, done to diagnose cervical cancer.  I have not read anything about having this procedure done to increase your fertility chances................
