  1. listen, take one sub and wire it to the other sub, + with + /- with -, and take the other  sub and wire it to the amp like u would if u had only one sub.. it wont drop decibels at all, although make sure youre subs are strong and the installation in clean//if the subs are dual voice coil, bring them down to 2 ohms.. the way i told u to wire them is goin to bring them down to 2 ohms anyway.. (more more power)

  2. take the Positive (+) side of the amp to the + side of the 1st sub then take the negitive (-) side of the first sub to the + side of the second sub lastly take the - side of the amp to the - side of the second sub.  or you could just go from the amp to the first sub + to + and - to -, then form the first sub to the second.  but the first way will give you the best sound.

  3. Your amp is fine, just wire them up, all positives to postive, all negative to negative.  This is called running the subs in parallel, and it will drop the ohm load to 2 ohms, allowing your amp to produce a little bit more power, but be warned, this will cause the amp to run hotter than normal.

Don't worry about getting a 2-Channel.  2-Channles will just cost more, and generally won't give you a big enough power increase to make up for there extremely high temperatures.
