Connect a cd changer?

I have a alpine cd changer its a chm-5600 my toyota corolla never had a cd changer and I dont have any wires only on that's sticking out and I dont know how to connect it what wires will I need and will it work.

  1. is it the Toyota stereo? then if so it wont work only certain alpine CD changers work with certain alpine headunits
