Connect powered subwoofer

Question

my stereo has 1 RCA audio out for the powered subwoofer. The subwoofer has a low level input RCA R (mono) and L. Do I connect the stereo's subwoofer RCA out to one of the Subwoofer RCA input jacks? Or do I hook up all the speaker wire of the Subwoofer for the High Level From Amplifier ''In'' AND High Level ''To Speaker'' Out? And if the answer is to the last 2 questions, where do I hook up those speakers wires on my stereo since I do not have ''Subwoofer'' speaker inputs OUT and IN on my stereo?
