Connect to the internet using your cellphone?

I've been searching and searching for the answer to my question, and all I can find are the answers to the opposite question.

I have a cell phone, a bluetooth adapter, and a laptop. I would like to use the wireless internet that is cruising through my laptops circuits to also take a trip over to my cell phone sp that I have that going for me too, as long as i stay 30 feet from my laptop.

Is this even possible, if so, how should I go about doing it?

Generally not possible. You may however want to specify which phone model are you talking about as if a solution could be identified it would be device dependent.
