Connected to internet but can't load pages?

Question

when i get on the internet none of the pages load, it says i'm connected and that the connectivity is low, but its always low so thats not new. i was able to get online earlier today but now i can't. i don't know a lot about computers so i'm a little stuck, any suggestions?

What do the pages say? Connection time out?

If it says only "Waiting" then download a free spyware removal  program called Spybot S&D. I had this problem until I scanned with Spybot.

If it says "Connection Timed out" and you have XP, look at the bottom right of your screen for a Monitor-like Icon. Right click on that and select "Repair".

If that doesn't work, reset your Router/Modem. (For Vista and Mac, too)
