Connecting BOTH a Plasma TV and a projector to the same VIP 722 DVR

I have a VIP 722 DVR in my bedroom right now. Its connected to a Plasma TV via HDMI. Downstairs, i have a projector which has 1080 capability thru component. I want to use the 1080 option on both units without having to get another DVR. Don't want to pay another monthly fee and, i want to watch my same recordings upstairs and downstairs.

I cant run cables because its to far away and, an apartment. The "downstairs" in only about 5 steps down.

There are some wireless solutions available but they don't do 1080 and are rather expensive. Other than that buying a second player may be your best bet.
