Connecting DVR's for playback? ?

Is it possible to watch shows I have recorded in the main room, on my bedroom receiver?

In the main room we have a DirectTV HDDVR and in the bedroom we have just a DirectTV receiver.

I would like to link them together so that I can use the bedroom remote to control the main room DVR.
