Connecting Dell Precision Laptop to Samsung 29...

Dear Sir,
I have a Dell Precision M90 Laptop and wish to Samsung 29 inch CRT TV. I Used a S-Cable to connect the laptop to the TV. However I was not able to obtain the display on the TV screen.

Do request you to kindly let me know the way my Laptop to the TV!!
