Connecting MacBook to the internet.?

Question

I just got a new MacBook and I'm trying to connect it to the internet. However, it doesn't seem to work. After following the Network Diagnostics, what it shows is:

AirPort (Green)

AirPort Settings (Green)

Network Settings (Yellow)

ISP (Red; Failed)

Internet (Red; Failed)

Server (Red; Failed)

Can someone help me please?

If you have a cable or DSL modem, reset it.  then reset the router and try again.

ISP is if your computer can contact the internet provider... contact your service provider..
