Is there anyway to connect a freeview box without using the outside aerial which everyone normally connects with?

  1. you can sometimes connect through a loop style aerial, better with a booster depending on where you are.

Outside aerial still best though, I have two of them as well, one for each for two tv's

  2. yup, get a inside aerial, plug into the back of your TV and hey ho.

  3. I'd like to know this too because the aerial for my building isn't good enough to get freeview.  Supposedly it's possible to get freeview in some areas with an indoor aerial but I tried it with a pretty good quality, expensive one and had no joy.  You need to be near a transmitter and if you can't receive normal channels well with an indoor aerial it's unlikely that you will get freeview with it.
