Connecting old portable tv to dvd player.?

I want to connect a dvd player (with a scart connection) to a portable tv (without a scart)

is there a lead that will do this?, if so, What is it called.

Your portable TV only has a tuner input. The thing you hook the antenna up to, right?

You need an RF modulator that will take scart and modulate it to a television channel, usually channel 3 or 4.

I don't know where you would get one locally, but you are looking for an RF Modulator.
