Connecting palm tungsten to wifi?

Question

I'm trying to connect my dh palm tungsten C to my home wireless network (g). It sees the network but that's as far as it goes. I get a message that says "no signal" and you are out of range or the network settings are incorrect. I don't remember the code to access my network either.

I'm clueless what to do next. where do i go for help. this is a work palm. they are not computer or palm savvy so no help there.

You've got one of the best Palms as far as not going obsolete as Palm didn't tie you in with Palm.net, etc........

AND MAKE SURE YOU GO DOWN THIS SUPPORT PAGE AND DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE THE WiFi SOFTWARE:

Never connected my Palm to Wireless but I'm sure you'll need the access code in order to connect - maybe this is why it's saying 'no signal'.

It also may be something to do with incompatibility of the Palm and the Wireless - if you already have a PC connected check the settings and compare them to the Palm.

(nice to hear they work is giving a Palm for you but they don't know how to set it up!! oh well...)
