Connecting pc to hdtv

hi , i own a acer pc (aspire m1100) & i am hoping to connect it to my hdtv (47" phillips 47pfl5522d) theres a hdmi slot in the back of my tv but i have no idea what wire i need to connect it to the pc , can u help?
