Connecting the case to my motherboard

I can't find a motherboard manual so I know the pin layout of my Acer Aspire AX3200-U3600A. I switched the motherboard into a new case, but can't figure out the pins to connect the power led, hdd led, reset s/w, and the +p and -p leds

I know what set of pins, just don't know exactly what connects to what pins.I was given useless information. Like.... H.D.D LED connects to pins 1-3 and the such. And which pin is number 1....
