Connecting to bt?

my elderly mum has been trying to get connected to bt for a home phone, she is very frail and needs help...me and her have been trying for 18months now to get connected they sent someone out to her a few months ago and fitted her a box in as she didnt have one before...gave her a telephone number the works except they have not put it live yet....where can she go for more help? the bt customer services number is hopeless they just fob her and me off.

  1. Call your MP - make him/her do something for a change


  2. if you call the chairmans office they normally can resolve any service issues in 72 hours, you wont get to the man, but his pa is very helpful gluck try 0800 400 400
