Connecting to internet via ethernet on different computer

I already have the internet set up on this computer (obviously) but I can't get the internet set up on my new computer. I have connected it via ethernet to the wireless router but I can't get the internet set up.

Try adding another IP address in the router's DHCP section.  Then save the settings and reboot the router, then reboot the PC that isn't getting connected.
