Hi, I have a Maxtor One Touch III, 320 gb storage drive. I went to look at some files this morning and the drive didn't show up on my system. I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled. Now everything says, "no one touch found, please make sure the unit is connected and turned on". It is connected and turned on?? Help. Thanks!
