Connection to Hobba Hotel failed.

Unfortunately we are unable to connect you to Hobba Hotel. This could be because your computer is blocking the connections via a firewall. Please verify with the person responsible for your Internet connection that the following addresses are permitted by the firewall: IP address: hobba-hotel.mooo.com, TCP port: 21

What does that mean what do i have to do?

  1. I'd immediately suspect the site.  There's no reason for them to use port 21, unless the program you downloaded includes an FTP server.  And, if that's the case, they could upload any files they want to your computer.  (And download anything from it.)  It's basically handing the key to the burglar.  He may never use it, but you'll never know - until your checks start bouncing.

  2. Rather odd. Basically, a firewall prevents unauthorised connections to your machine. Most Internet connections use port 80. Port 21 is for FTP. Quite why a standard site should try to connect to you via FTP is not clear to me. If you are sure it is a reputable site, you need to change your Firewall settings (go to Control Panel in Windows) and allow the site through - but, as I say, only if you are certain the site is reputable.
