Conscious about my legs? picture..?

i'm 17 and no, i don't think i am fat, but my thighs bug me. i feel like they are fat not the rest of me but just my thighs. i'm not looking for pity or anything of that sort but what are some exercises i could try to tone them up a bit. i know i gained some weight being its summer and i have been pretty lazy.

  4. They don't look fat at all or chubby. They look normal. Most girls have thicker thighs, and if you run and stuff it makes them bigger anyways because it's muscle.

  6. Don't worry about what other people will say when you walk out. Be yourself. It only matters to you what you wear and nobody else.

    Some good exercises you could try out to work out your legs involve running, soccer, kickball, or any other sport involved with your legs. Running and having control with your legs in coordination with a specific sports ball gains strength and could help you lose the weight off your thighs.

    I enjoy playing soccer very much, and run quite a bit. In addition to exercising, I like drinking meal replacements and vegetables. In addition to your exercising, be sure to eat healthy and be careful with the carbohydrates, sugars, and sodium.

    The secret to keeping sweet legs and be comfortable in wearing shorts with any other conscious feelings is to watch what you put in your mouth. Once you consume carbs, they turn to sugars when they are being digested, and sugars build up in your blood when it is not needed for energy. Organic and granulated does the same. Too much sodium in your foods can cause heart problems and high blood pressure, so it's a good idea to stay away from those foods. Sugar-Free foods are not the best choice either. Studies have shown that sweeteners or sugar-free foods build up in certain cells and they can cause cancer.

    So remember the routine. Healthy eating, drink lots of water, exercise a lot in coordination with ball sports, and prevent carbohydrate, sugars, and sodium.
