Consequence for someone who just got an MIP, who already has an MIP and a DUI ?

my buddy just got another MIP last night but he already has and MIP and DUI and he is scared they might take away his license. what will they do.

Subsequent offenses or a person with a preexisting criminal record may frequently receive a full fine, or in some extreme cases, several days in jail. In many cases a third MIP may result in a loss of the accused driver's license until the age of 21.

A lot depends on what state he is in, but it looks like, since he cannot control his actions, the state will control it for him and the license is gone.
