Consequences for a flash mob?

Is there anything the authorities can do about a flash mob? I've heard of them and I didn't know if there were any consequences.

Well flash mob is something that can create disturbance to public or troubles in day to day activities (depends where you demonstrate) and can be considered as a public nuisance but it also a way to express your views/concerns hence depends on the law of the country it may can create troubles to those who are demonstrating or those who arranged it.
