Conservative people,liberal people?

What is the definition of these opposing behaviour?

Conservative people are usually content with the way things are.  That is with our capitalist society remaining uppermost with the rich at the top.

Liberals are more concerned with society as a whole and are prepared to enact decent legislation for the good of all of the people.

Conservatives are generally for smaller government and greater indvidual rights.

Liberals to to favor expanded government and more socialist policies such as universal health care.

Both have good arguments and both have bad sides. The idea is to reach a middle ground

By the way why does everyone hate the wealthy? I don't think I have ever recieved employment from a poor person( no offense)
