Conservative pundit bill oreilly sexually harassed a female producer,why didn't he take responsibility for it?

Why did he weasle out and pay her off rather than going to court and proving his "innocence"?

Or were the audio tapes she had what scared billdo into rolling over and wimping out?

She just wanted to take his money for a fake incident.

Bill O'reilly talked about it for 6 months straight.

The truth came to light and she recanted.

With the way sexual harassment laws are written, harassment is subjective.  He probably settled it because it is frequently cheaper to settle than try to fight it.
