He made a good but not a great speech. It was what he always says and said nothing. He made some great points but nothing a Republican would not agree with. He said what he wants to do but not how he would get it done. It was just a twist on his same old same old. Peace

Parts of it sounded very good but I still don't know how he thinks he can do this stuff. I want to know what he considers middle class, he never defines that and where all this money is going to come from. I think if he gets elected he is going to have a big hard reality slap in the face and his bubble is going to pop.

I just can't bring myself to vote for him, he is all talk and no substance.

He does have have good speech writers and he is great in front of a teleprompter.  That doesn't sell it for me.  I've heard many actors do a great Hamlet too.

I thought he did a really good job.  I don't agree with almost everything, and I think he twisted the truth A LOT, but I thought his speech was well-written, and well-delivered.

Well, I am conservative and I though his speech was pretty good. This will be the first time I vote democrat in my life. I know it has been said, but I really do think we need change.

It was a pretty good speech, but read the site fact check and they will explain how he cannot keep his promises. It is impossible without bankrupting America. So that either makes him naive or dishonest in hos promises. Note; Candidates seldom wrote their own speeches. they have speechwriters for that.

Yes.  He did a great job.  I was very glad he included so much policy detail in the speech.  You can't expect most people to read that stuff on your literature or website.

Excellent speech. It was about America and concerns of Americans. I cannot understand why anyone would not support Barack Obama that wanted leadership with a better vision for America.

McCain is out of touch with reality, the man does not even know how many homes he owns, He wants to stay the course in Iraq. He admits he knows nothing about the economy, which means he knows nothing about the reality of being middle class in America.

I don't want keep moving backwards into the darkness with the Republican. I definitely won't be voting republican this November.

To say the truth, I did not even bother listening to the messiah, but it was probably more about himself as a boy and not on his experience. The problem is that he virtually has none.

obama can be a very motivating speaker, its just too bad hes so screwed up on his policies. Bill Clinton is a good speaker too but I didnt vote for him either.

He gave a real good speech.  But I am like you.  I just don't believe he is going to live up to his promises.

Now if he looked like you.  I would vote for him.  Just so I would have something pretty to look at.  When I turned the television on.
