How are you guys keeping a sense of humor today with these Obama supporters suddenly talking about experience and trashing someone they never even heard of until 5 hours ago. It should be laughable, but I am so disgusted with these idiots. How do you do it? Maybe we should start a support group.

McCain hit it out of the park and frankly surprised the Dems and nailed their feet to the floor.  I am excited now.  I was just voting against Obama, I am now voting for McCain.  I am in no way a feminist.  I am as Christian right as you can get and totally believe that my husband is head over me.  But having the WOMAN on the "right" side PRICELESS!

To be honest with you, I've been laughing all day long.  The absolute hypocrisy that they've managed to display as a direct result of fear has made my day.

McCain just took their spectacle of last night and has managed to wipe it off the map with his timing and choice of candidate.  I fully anticipated at least three to four days of rah rah rah, regarding Obama's speech and this is certainly much better than that and not as boring.

I've lived in Alaska for the last 15 years and we have been rife with corruption that whole time. Palin brought a fresh start after all that,  though in her time in office, I think she has shown rather poor judgment in many cases. People up here love her, but I think it is absolutely ridiculous to think that she has the experience, worldliness, or knowledge to be vice president. Our state is run almost entirely on oil revenue, so her experience here does not qualify her,as Alaska is different that any other state, and she has no experience with the issues outside of our state. Sorry but this one is over.

I'm just laughing at them using our argument against us.  At least Republicans have the No 2 pick with less experience, as opposed to the number 1 pick.  It's most ironic that Obama's campaign says if John McCain were to leave the presidency before the term expires, that we'd have an inexperienced president.  What great logic then, team Obama, to place your least experienced candidate at the forefront.

Also, consider this.  Had McCain not made his announcement today, this message board would be filled with questions about how great Obama's speech was.  At least I don't have to see that.

Try not to let it bother you.  They aren't in their right mind and never have been.  It should come as no surprise that they've always just been a bunch of circus freaks and it's even worse now that they've been drinking that crazy kool-aid.  They really do believe that when their new messiah speaks that sunshine bellows forth.
