Is it free for foriegn students too?

  1. There is no tuition cost per se.

    There are fees for things like health insurance.

    The CNSMDP (Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris) states that students require between 700-1000 euros a month to live decently in Paris.

    EDIT:Quite right. No tuition. Which explains why you couldn't find a statement concerning how much tuition is on their website.


  2. Well, it is a public school so it is free. But you have to take the competitive exam to get admitted. I find their website pretty clear actually.

    Reply to your other question: because they are state-funded public administrations with free tuition and very limited means so they don't have to be appealing to the public since their public are not paying clients.

    EDIT: well, no... apart from the British Isles, in Europe universities are free.

    2nd EDIT: Yes, it is free for foreign students too.
