consider a lake in a state park where everyone is allowed to fish as mush as they want, what outcome do you predict? might this problem be averted if the lake were privately owned and fishing licenses were sold?

  1. the statepark lake requires a state issued license while the private lake does not.

    the state park is funded by the sale of fishing licenses.

    the private lake is funded by the admission price/fee.

    The state park is the better income since the park derives income from the entire state while the private lake much charge enough in fees to cover expenses.
