Considering India IS IT true that many people break some laws in their life time perhaps which are small or of less severe nature ; for example: Traffic laws , Trespass, Bribery , Cyber laws, Disrespect of national anthem or flag, Cheating ,Copying in exams, Small theft, Defamation ,Electricity theft, Teasing or Molesting females,Child labour & Child marriage in rural places ........

knowingly or negligently or because of unawareness or circumstances and remain unnoticed ,uncomplained & unharmed????

IF yes; what do u think ; how many people of that kind are there in India???

IF yes; what are reasons behind it??

  1. How come you are asking the very same question under different headings? Don't misuse a free platform - or it may not be free anymore.

Corruption exists in every country, If you're a Indian trying to cleanup the corrupt system -  this is Yahoo products. I am from India too, asking the question in the wrong place can bring the results you did not want. Even your not that great, else why ask India specific questions on a American forum.

Log onto yahoo.co.in and check it out there, undoubtedly the outcome of a misguided mind who thinks the whole world is bad except theselves. Rather than do something, they just talk or kick up dust in the wrong place in the wrong way and get a beating.

This person asks every question several times and misled:

on researching found some info based on her questions.

This person is a female, around 26 years (name possibly praapti) and feels her father let her down as he did not continue to pay for her education. He did buy her a vehicle (2 wheeler) & a mobile though, but she felt he should pay those bills too - in the question

'If some father stops his daughter from further studies & pressurise her to get married...see details.?

in Home > Politics & Government > Law Enforcement & Police

This person asks imaginary questions like: Does such complain really not have reasonable cause? (India) see details.?  in> Home > Politics & Government > Government >

Where she never saw the crime etc

Please bear with her - Praapti grow up

  2. Madam,

The laws you cite can hardly be classified as minor offences.

Defamation is a serious offence under Indian Penal Code

Electricity Theft is even more serious and punishable under Electricty Act 2003.

CyberCrime gets you behind bars for upto life imprisonment

  3. yes it happens, but what is your problem. what can u do about it.?????
