Considering getting a bull masitff.....please share your thoughts on this breed.....Thanks!!!!

They are huge dogs.  Can you afford to feed it? can you control it on a leash? can you afford obedience classes and vet bills? do you have a house big enough? Do you have the time to devote to it? A friend of mine has a bull mastiff. awesome dog. he was feisty as a puppy, year old now and mostly mellow. lays around most of the time. loves attention, sweetheart, thinks he is a lap dog. but he is as big as a small pony lol.   I would research ilnesses they are prone to getting, and do some research on them.  There are so many of them in rescue shelters. people get them as the cute little puppy, and then realize they cant possibly handle them as a full grown dog. they are my favorite breed
