I have been a lacto-ovo vegetarian for about 5 years now and I would like to cut out either eggs or dairy (preferably dairy because of its contribution to the veal industry). However, I was wondering which would be easier to stop. If I was eating at a restaurant, do you think it would be easier to find dishes without eggs or dishes without dairy? Even if I cut out dairy, I still wouldn't be eating eggs alone - I would just be eating them if they are mixed into the ingredients (like with cookies). Which way do you think would be healthier considering that I wouldn't be eating much egg anyway? Thanks, guys!
