Considering relocating to Maine. Visiting next month.?

My sister & I are visiting Maine next month to see about relocating there. We want large country homes on large lots but within reach of high speed internet, a beach or lake, & good jobs. Homes seem very reasonable in New Gloucester, Old Town, Rumford, Bath, Camde, Rockalnd, & Bar Harbor. Are these nice places to live? What are some good affordable areas out there? Thanks. xoxo Misty
