    They were in a warzone, not children or women, but grown men.  They knew what they were doing.  War is declared by intent.  Not by diplomatic gymnastics and semantics.

    Bush and his abettors and their predecessors have declared war on drugs, terror and suchlike repeatedly.  It is true that they never declare war on countries after Pearl Harbour when they learned the lesson of surprise.  They cannot therefore understand why they keep losing when they have all the advantages except morality and ethics.

    It is no coincidence that USA and Israel, as outlaw states, do not recognise the jurisdiction International Court of Justice or the International Criminal Court over themselves although often using it against other who attempt to reply in criminal kind.
