Question:

Conspitation? natural way?

someone told me there is like a vitamin that keeps you regular and thats non addictive and natural and its like in a pill form.. and it might be like organic. any ideas?

  4. try one of the magnesium oxide products. there's lots of them out there - often called colon hygiene or colon cleansing products.  google:   oxygen + colon

    Comes in capsule or powder form, releases oxygen in the body (which has additional benefits for your health), and turns your p**p soft.

    Works great, very gentle.  Follow the instructions and DON'T OVERDO IT. (Take too much and things get a little runny - and you'll spend the day running....)

  5. You can eat food with lots of fiber. Or you can take a fiber supplement. But just remember to drink 8 (8 oz.) glasses of water a day. A lot of the times when people get constipated it is just because they aren't drinking enough water. If you don't drink a lot of water while taking fiber it can plug you up even more. All fiber does is add bulk to your stool. Try drinking lots of water first.

  6. Potassium can help, but even better is to eat 4-6 servings of fruit and vegetables and a couple servings of high fiber whole grain such as bread or oatmeal or cereal.

    Whole apples, bananas coffee and OJ are all good triggers for me...try one or more.

    Another good idea is to make sure you are drinking enough water, most people have no idea that they aren't.  At minimum, drink at least 8 full glasses through the day, starting first thing in the morning when you get up....your bowels wont work correctly with out enough water.

  7. I don't know what your "someone" is referring to, but try Miralax. It works well and is non-additive.

  8. olive oil, and grapejuice. Works like magic!
