Constant beeping and will not re-boot

Question

Computer screen went blue when "screen-saver" should have come on, had to turn comp off, keyboard would not react. Power button did not work, so I unplugged comp. When turned back on it beeps constantly and I can do nothing, no recation. HELP!!! if you can....
